These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Uncommon Insights website at uncommoninsights.com.au (the “Site”), and the content, tools and resources available on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our goods or services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and where permitted, our liability for breach of such a guarantee is limited to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
